Carpet Cleaners Goldmine is a meeting place for business owners involved in the flooring industry. My name is Dave Pastor and I have been in the industry for most of my life. My dad owned a flooring store and I grew up working for him. After setting out to look for greater horizons which ranged from being a rockstar, butcher and repo-man, I came back to the industry in 1995 when I started my own carpet cleaning company Dad’s Carpet Cleaning. Without really knowing a thing about business, somehow I survived and grew a company that is thriving today still and I am still the owner.
Who Is This Website For
The biggest problem for most business owners is that we get stuck and we don’t know how to get unstuck. Most business owners I know are very capable people but need help getting over some of the higher hurdles in business. Most of us don’t have a place to turn to for help and answers. So I decided to try to create a resource for anyone starting a carpet cleaning business or for someone that has been at it for a long time. This website is designed to be a community for those who have a desire to continue making our industry a great one to be involved in. So please come here to get information and to offer information.
Why Listen To Me?
That’s a really good question. I definitely don’t feel like I know it all or that I am qualified to teach anyone what it takes to be successful. But I have been in the industry for over 24 years. And I do own a successful carpet cleaning business that grosses over $600K annually. And that business has allowed me the time to create this site. I have been around long enough to know which consultants seem to have the most successful clients and I feel like I can steer people in the right direction if thats what they are looking for.
Why Else?
I’ve also built a successful life. But my definition of a successful life is not going to be the same for everyone. I have great employees, that have been with me for over 15 years. I’ve obviously provided something that others value and that is success to me. I have been able to coach my kids ball teams when they were younger. I’ve taken trips and made memories with my family. We have a great reputation in our community. I’ve learned to tweak what i have to do in my company to help my life be better. I want to share that with others.
